Jon + Min | Married!

We met Jon + Min earlier this year for their wedding consult and immediately hit it off with them. They are two people that are open with each other and anyone they encounter. We were not prepared for the wave of awesomeness that is their family and friends. A group of people that were down to Earth and always having a good time.

Jon + Min are two people without pretenses that we are happy to call friends. You should get to know them too because they are pretty much awesome ALL THE TIME!

The Ingersolls Survived Their First YEAR!!!

Hi Shawn,

You are out shooting a wedding, your third wedding since Friday!!! I am sad that we aren't together, but know next weekend is going to be off the hook fun. I am thinking hiking and camping.

I just wanted to let you know that this first year of marriage has been so beautiful in so many ways. I feel blessed to be able to be your wife and to grow with you. You inspire the best in me by supporting me and believing in me. You are someone who has never hindered me, but pushed me to go further. If it weren't for you I wouldn't be working at the school or doing photography, two things I have come to love more than I ever thought I could. Without you I would not laugh, play, or be as eco-minded as I am. Thank you for all you bring to my life, I can only imagine things getting better from here...my life is crazyamazing right now. You are a big part of that muppins.

Rachel + Steve | Thank You

Has it really almost been a month since Steve + Rachel's awesome wedding? With Steve + Rachel the love always keeps coming. Seriously one of the most gracious and humble couples we have met, they sent us an email that made us appreciate our jobs that much more...

Also, looking for something to do? Steve will be playing with the Steve Phelps Trio (Jazz) at the Crossroads Cafe in Gladstone. We haven't heard him but have heard raving awesome reviews from his lovely wife, Rachel. His set starts at 8pm...be there or be square...or busy.

After some experimenting with Photoshop on an image we took a few weeks ago I thought I'd throw up a before and after. Some of the editing done was inspired by editing techniques used by friend and fellow photographer Ryan Lane. Check out his website, he does some amazing things with a camera.
